About Dr. Sloan

Dr. Chad Sloan is passionate about his work and committed to providing patients with ideal treatment plans and excellent care to address their goals in Facial Cosmetic, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He brings a patient-centered approach to every consultation, taking the time to listen, educate, and develop personalized treatment plans.

With dual D.D.S. and M.D. degrees, Dr. Sloan is trained in the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma reconstruction, oral pathology, sleep apnea surgery, and facial cosmetic procedures.
